MEI Group USA in Arlington, TX is seeking a Flatbed Tow Operator to recover vehicles for MEI Auto Finance. You will operate a designated tow truck, respond to dispatch calls, and ensure timely, safe vehicle recovery with professional handling.

This role requires independence, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours when assigned. You will plan routes, complete reports on pickup and delivery logistics, and perform routine tow truck maintenance.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years flatbed tow truck experience.
• Minimum 2 years repossession driving experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to remain calm under stress.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics.
• Career-minded, able to work independently without constant supervision.

Mansioni

• Respond promptly to dispatch calls and verify tow details.
• Plan routes to ensure efficient vehicle recovery.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly tow quotas.
• Provide thorough reports on pick-up and delivery logistics.
• Perform minor tow truck repairs and routine maintenance.
• Conduct simple repairs on towed vehicles (e.g., flat tires, jump-starts).
• Take and email photos of each tow as required.
• Perform regular truck inspections and maintenance.
