Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Class A/B Flatbed Driver in Dallas, TX. Schedule is Monday–Friday with 4 AM start times and 8–10 hour shifts. You will operate flatbeds, haul steel and building products, and maintain safe driving practices while delivering on schedule.

You must have a valid CDL-A or B, DOT Medical Card, and FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A or B license.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 2 years of experience in the past 5 years.
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure loads; light touch.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain documentation.

Job Duties

• Load truck and only offload as needed
• Equipment Used: Moffett forklift and overhead crane (Tarp on depending on weather)
• Secure loads

Driving Requirements

• 22+ years of age
• Valid CDL-A/B license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 2 years of experience (within the past 5 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

What You Will Do

As a Class A Flatbed Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
