Central Oregon Truck Company seeks CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed freight across the U.S. This role offers pay up to $127,000 per year, plus incentive-based earnings and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks. Orientation pay of $1,250 is provided, with home time every two weeks to recharge.

New drivers receive paid orientation and loyalty incentives. Kenworth T680 equipment is used with modern transmissions, and a strong company focus on driver satisfaction remains a priority.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed trailer in accordance with safety policies.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
