Top drivers can earn up to $127,000 per year with a 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives, and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks. Orientation pay of $1,250 starts your pay from Day One.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• 2+ years Regional or OTR experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive flatbed freight with modern equipment (Kenworth T680).
• Earn top-tier pay with incentives (60 CPM base, up to 4 CPM in incentives).
• Regional and OTR routes available; home time every 2–3 weeks depending on route.
• Paid orientation of $1,250 at start.
