Job summary

RUAN TRANSPORTATION MGMT SYSTS is seeking Flatbed Flex CDL A drivers based in Brooklyn, OH to support Charter Steel. Expect weekly pay at $0.75 per hub mile and annual earnings around $85,000 with top earners near $115,000.

Drivers may travel 2–3 weeks per assignment and return to a home base in Cleveland or Risingsun, OH, or Saukville, WI. Work involves flatbed and dry van trailers with comprehensive benefits, and a strong emphasis on safety and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• With the DOT Clearinghouse in effect, create a profile before hire.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past three years.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Haul steel product for Charter Steel in flatbed and van trailers.
• Base in Brooklyn, OH with travel to Saukville, WI.
• Travel 2–3 weeks at a time; longer stays may be needed.
• Operate with new equipment and follow safety protocols.
