Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is hiring a Flat Top/Grill Cook to craft meals with precision and passion in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll season, sear, and grill meats, build burgers to order, and follow strict safety guidelines while supporting a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and a positive work culture. Roadies are paid weekly, with a competitive total rewards package after one year of service, including medical, dental, vision plans, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience with flat top grills and commercial kitchen cooking.

As a Flat Top/Grill Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Meat seasoning, searing, and grilling
• Building burgers
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
• Having fun
