Job summary

Volkswagen of Altoona is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service department in Altoona, PA. This role offers a competitive flat-rate pay and the opportunity to work with Volkswagen vehicles and advanced automotive technology.

You will diagnose, service, and repair VW vehicles, perform maintenance, document findings, and collaborate with service advisors to maintain productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Manufacturer certifications preferred but not required; Volkswagen certification is a strong plus
• Previous dealership automotive technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently and productively in a flat-rate environment
• Experience using modern diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
