Job summary

Honda of Danbury, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience. We offer a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced technicians and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Brand knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
