Job Overview

Immediate PART‑TIME employment for Parking Staff as a CDOT Certified Flagger Guest Services Parking Attendant. This role supports parking operations, customer service, and traffic flow in parking lots and active pedestrian crossing areas for diverse, multi‑national guests, including tourists and concert attendees.

Duties

• Direct vehicles to available parking spaces
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on parking rates and policies
• Maintain orderliness in the parking area
• Monitor parking lot for any unauthorized vehicles or suspicious activities
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Qualifications

• CDOT Certified Flagger (trained to Colorado Department of Transportation standards)
• Flagger Certified Guest Services / Parking Attendant credential
• Previous experience in a customer‑service‑oriented role is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10 hours (no sitting)

Schedule & Pay

Seasonal PART TIME, May – September. Expected hours: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (plus some Mondays for two federal holidays). Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour.

Work Environment

Must be able to be on your feet for up to 9 hours. A uniform dress code must be followed (Tan pants, white top, closed‑toed shoes). Safety vests will be provided.
