A youth sports organization in Bountiful, Utah is seeking an Official responsible for enforcing rules and cultivating a positive culture on the field. You will play a critical role in ensuring a fun and safe environment for players, coaches, and spectators alike. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, sport-specific experience, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience required.
• Highly motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Awareness to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude with strong relationship-building ability.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings for ~7 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Enforce rules to create a fun, safe environment for all players.
