Job summary

TMRW Sports is seeking an Offensive Coordinator – Flag Football to design and install a unit-specific system for one of six franchises, leading scheme development and in-game play calling in a broadcast-first, professional environment. The role reports to the Head Coach and the league's Director of Coaching, delivering a high-performance athlete experience on and off the field.

You will build a weekly installation plan, run practice sessions focused on game-speed execution, and adjust strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coaching at collegiate, professional, or elite national team level in flag or tackle football.
• Ability to design and install a scheme and teach it to athletes with varied backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of flag football rules, including no-run zones and overtime.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills for building unit identity in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate in a broadcast-first environment with media obligations during games.
• Experience developing athletes to professional or high-level collegiate levels with development plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and install a complete unit-specific system within the flag football rules framework.
• Develop a comprehensive playbook and weekly installation schedule for the unit.
• Lead weekly practice planning focusing on game-speed reps and scheme recognition.
• Adjust the scheme during the season based on opponents, players, and results.
• Own in-game play calling, pre-snap communication, and in-game adjustments.
• Manage halftime adjustments and participate in mandatory media obligations.
• Collaborate with Head Coach and Director of Coaching on development and cross-unit plans.
• Represent the franchise professionally at league events and coaching meetings.
