Job summary

A national youth sports organization is looking for a Sports Coordinator to enhance the sports experience for players and coaches. The role involves building relationships with players, parents, and coaches while overseeing practices and games. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and sport-specific coaching knowledge. You’ll empower volunteer coaches, teach sportsmanship, and ensure a positive and safe atmosphere on game days. Scheduled work will include weekends and evenings during the season.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.
