Job summary

YMCA OF PAWTUCKET is seeking dynamic Flag Football Instructors in Lincoln, RI, to lead football programs for children ages 3–12. You will deliver high-quality instruction within a safe and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year or more of college preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Completion of child abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct flag football sessions for different age groups.
• Create a positive and engaging environment for participants.
• Supervise children and teens, ensuring safety and structure.
