Job summary

Beginners Edge Sports Training is seeking an energetic Flag Football Coach to lead elementary-aged students through structured, one-hour classes on weekday afternoons. You will teach football fundamentals through drills and games, maintaining an engaging, safe, and positive learning environment.

You will arrive early, stay to prep and wrap up, and communicate professionally with parents and staff. Prior flag football experience and reliability are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card - REQUIRED
• Valid driver's license - REQUIRED
• Reliable personal vehicle - REQUIRED
• Must be able to reliably travel to assigned program locations.
• Must be able to participate in physical activities, including running, throwing, demonstrating drills, and playing with students.
• Must be able to lift and transport up to 40lbs.

B.E.S.T. is looking for an energetic and dependable Flag Football Coach to lead one-hour classes on weekday afternoons for elementary-aged children in grades 1–5. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching sports, working with kids, and creating an active, positive environment where players can learn and have fun.

Our coaches lead structured classes focused on fundamental football skills, movement, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence. You’ll be responsible for keeping students engaged while creating a safe and encouraging experience for every player.

What You'll Do

• Lead 1-hour flag football classes for students in grades 1–5.

Position Details

Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Part-time
Class Length: 1 hour (45 minutes of paid prep/clean up time)
Age Group: Grades 1–5
