The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in related manufacturing or fixture maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related manufacturing, mechanical maintenance, or fixture maintenance experience, or 3 years of direct fixture maintenance experience.
• Experience with assembly fixtures, manufacturing equipment, stamping operations, machining, blueprint reading, and part fabrication preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and hand-tools skills.
• Ability to work safely, perform physical job duties, and collaborate effectively with others.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work all shifts as needed and support company goals and operational requirements.
• Perform 5S activities and follow all company safety, ISO, and quality requirements.
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on assembly fixtures and related equipment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify assembly fixtures and related equipment.
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Repair and modify fixtures to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities.
• Assist with fixture installations and new model launches.
