Based at St. George Regional Hospital in Utah, you’ll plan flights considering weather, weight and balance, and fuel needs, coordinating with medical staff and dispatch for seamless missions.

Qualifications

  • 2,000 hours total flight time in helicopter or CAMTS equivalency.
  • 100 hours cross-country flight, 25 hours at night.
  • 75 actual or simulated instrument hours and 100 hours unaided night flight.
  • Pass a 135.293 check ride within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Operates aircraft in compliance with FAA regs, policies, and mission protocols.
  • Plans and executes flights considering weather, weight and balance, and fuel.
  • Collaborates with medical staff, ground crew, and dispatch for missions.
  • Responds promptly to emergency callouts and stays ready at all times.
  • Maintains flight and maintenance logs per company and FAA requirements.
