Paycom is expanding its service team and seeks an experienced automotive Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a professional shop environment in Dallas, TX. Join a dealer group oriented toward excellence, training, and long-term growth with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs to brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and routine maintenance while upholding quality and safety standards and participating in ongoing factory and in-house

Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures.
• Flexible availability to support shop needs.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine repairs with team support.
• Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC.
• Perform inspections and road tests to ensure standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluids.
