Fixed Plant Superintendent is responsible for establishing and leading maintenance activities for a new crushing, conveying, and gold processing operation. This role will build maintenance systems, recruit and develop the maintenance team, implement reliability-centered maintenance practices, and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the fixed plant, ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, Recovery) process plant, and associated heap leach facilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in commissioning, startup, and the long-term reliability of critical processing infrastructure.
