Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced relationship-focused sales and client operations professional to support seamless transaction processing and account management. You will identify opportunities, present banking solutions, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate, timely client service in a high-volume environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and typically seven to nine years of relevant experience. Onsite three or more days per week at a U.S.

Job Description

Builds and maintains effective working relationships across business lines to support seamless transaction processing and account management. Contributes to business growth by supporting client needs, identifying service opportunities, and promoting the organization's products and capabilities through an inside-sales and relationship-focused approach. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services. Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. Manages the day-to-day processing and execution of client transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal policies and procedures. Coordinates closely with internal partners to facilitate trade execution, resolve operational issues, and support a high-volume transaction environment. Identifies opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen client and partner outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically seven to nine years of relevant experience

Location Expectations

This role will require being onsite three (3)+ days per week in one of the listed U.S. Bank hub locations.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,280.00 - 120,120.00
