Raymond James & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Income Operations Advisor to support daily operational activities, client setup, and reporting within a fast-paced Fixed Income Capital Markets environment.

The role involves onboarding and account maintenance, collaboration with Sales and internal teams, and building reports and summaries using Bloomberg, Excel, and SharePoint. A bachelor's degree and licensing progress within one year are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–12 months general work experience is common.
• Licensing requirements (SIE, Series 7, Series 63) to be obtained within one year of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Fixed Income operational activities (client setup, account maintenance, reporting, and special projects).
• Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance, reviewing information for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate status updates and needs to Sales Representatives and internal partners.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports, trackers, and summaries.
• Review client and account information for audits and supervisory reviews.
• Coordinate documentation for client due diligence and regulatory information requests.
• Use Excel, SharePoint, Bloomberg, and Fixed Income systems for reporting and recordkeeping.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions with partners.
• Cross-train within the group to expand knowledge of Fixed Income processes.
