LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) in New York is seeking an Associate-level Analyst to support FTSE Russell users with fixed income analytics. You will perform price-yield calculations, duration analysis, risk attribution, and portfolio benchmarking, while assisting senior developers with product testing.

You will gain exposure to government, corporate, mortgage-backed, and derivative products, contributing to innovative index and ETF solutions and global market research.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance, Math, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to continually upskill.
• Consistently deliver timely and high quality work.
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives while preserving quality and detail.
• Energetic, resourceful with strong analytical abilities and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed data analysis to verify bond data accuracy.
• Research new global data requirements and maintain data sources.
• Coordinate with modelers/coding groups for data validation.
• Participate in global market research and tracking for FTSE Russell Fixed Income Indices.
• Quantitative research for index historical simulation.
• Support FTSE Fixed Income Index by crafting and maintaining indexes.
• Build and maintain index reports produced daily.
