Specialty Restaurants Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Castaway in the Los Angeles area. You will oversee front-of-house operations, lead a talented team, and work closely with the culinary team to deliver a consistent five-star guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in restaurant management, in a high-volume, full-service, upscale environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Lead by example, providing guidance and support to staff to ensure outstanding service and uphold standards.
• Monitor dining room and bar for smooth service flow and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Contribute to sales-driving initiatives, marketing strategies, and team incentive programs.
• Collaborate with culinary team to maintain quality and consistency of menu offerings.
