All Things Metal is seeking a skilled Fitter/Welder to join our Phoenix fabrication shop. You will fit and weld structural steel components, interpret shop drawings, and ensure weld quality meets AWS D1.1 standards.
This is a steady, full‑time role with room to grow, offering a consistent schedule, supportive teammates, and opportunities to advance within the company. Candidates must have 3–5 years of structural steel experience, be able to read drawings, and pass a layout test.

This isn’t a place for short‑term gigs—you’ll find steady work, opportunities to advance, and a team that truly has your back.
Whether it’s in the shop, the field, or the office, we believe in promoting from within, investing in our people, and helping each other reach the next level. If you’re looking for a long‑term home where hard work meets big opportunity, All Things Metal is the place to be.

From interpreting shop drawings and laying out materials, to running clean welds and ensuring the final product meets the highest quality standards.
This is not a short‑term project hire — it’s a steady, full‑time opportunity with room to grow. You’ll have consistent hours, supportive teammates, and the chance to sharpen your skills while contributing to work you can be proud of. If you’re someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with your hands, and seeing projects come to life, this is the place for you.
