Pillar Enterprise, a subsidiary of The Berlin Steel Construction Company, in White Post, VA, is seeking a motivated Fitter/Welder for our miscellaneous metals shop on the day shift. You will fabricate steel components by cutting, burning, and welding to blueprints in a safety-focused environment.

We offer competitive wages based on experience, weekly pay, four 10-hour days with overtime on Fridays, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability

Qualifications

• Experience as fitter/welder fabricating steel to blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for metal fabrication.
• Proficiency with cutting, burning, and welding processes.

Pillar Enterprise, a subsidiary of The Berlin Steel Construction Company, is a structural steel and miscellaneous steel fabrication facility located in White Post, VA. We fabricate steel for projects for our parent company throughout the Northeast and in other parts of the country servicing the private commercial, public, institutional, and industrial markets.

We are currently looking for a motivated Fitter/Welder to join our miscellaneous metals shop on our day shift. Key Responsibilities:

Our fitter/welders are responsible to fabricate steel components by cutting, burning, and welding various metals according to blueprints.
