Corle Building Systems, Inc. in Imler, PA is hiring a Fitter in the Welding Department for 2nd shift to MIG weld structural steel, read shop drawings, read a tape measure, and grind as needed.

Prior welding experience is preferred; development of welding skills is a focus. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a $1.00/hour shift differential, and 100% company-paid medical coverage with additional vision/dental options.

Qualifications

• Welding candidates must be proficient in MIG welding structural steel in the flat position.
• Able to read shop drawings.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Experience with grinding tools and carbon arc welding.
• Prior welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our Welding Department as a Fitter on 2nd Shift.

Welding candidates need to be proficient in MIG welding structural steel in the flat position, be able to read shop drawings, be able to read a tape measure, use a grinder, and carbon arc. This role has a specific focus on developing and enhancing welding skills and knowledge of existing welding.

Prior welding experience preferred.
