Willow Valley Communities is seeking a dedicated Fitness Specialist to lead and support fitness activities across our campus. You will instruct classes, supervise aquatics, and contribute to residents’ health and wellness with personalized exercise plans.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, current industry knowledge, and excellent customer service within a community-focused environment at Willow Street, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 1–2 years related experience) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lifeguard and CPR certifications are required.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and promotion of fitness classes, wellness workshops, and events for Residents and Team Members.
• Instruct exercise, aquatics, and educational classes.
• Stay current on fitness industry trends and best practices.
• Conduct fitness and health-related screenings.
• Develop individualized exercise plans.
• Assist with maintenance of pools and fitness centers.
• Ensure centers remain neat, clean, and safe.
• Perform bi-monthly maintenance checks of satellite centers.
• Serve as lifeguard when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
