Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create class schedules for members.
• Engage with members regarding their fitness goals.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone.
• Perform comprehensive checks of fitness areas.
• Help with prospective member calls and tours.
