Job summary

Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness is looking for a Trainer to run the PE@PF group fitness program and help members achieve their fitness goals. You will design simple workouts and teach proper equipment use, while promoting class sign-ups and maintaining a welcoming club environment.

In this role, you will support front desk operations, assist new members, give tours, update member information, and respond to questions with professionalism. A fitness trainer certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include honesty, strong communication, and a passion for fitness.
• Must be punctual with reliable attendance and able to deliver excellent customer service.
• Certification as a fitness trainer required; prior teaching experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program with scheduled classes.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and safe equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative outreach.
• Create bi-weekly workout updates with varied exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: check-ins, new sign-ups, tours, info updates.
• Respond professionally to member questions and elevate as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
