Planet Fitness is seeking energetic Personal Trainers to join our team. You will develop workout routines, consult with members on goals, and guide safe equipment use in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.

You will also manage PE@PF programs, assist with front-desk tasks, greet guests, register new members, and process basic sales. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the club are expected as part of daily duties.

• Consult with members about their training goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment correctly and safely.
• Create bi-weekly updates with a variety of exercises.
• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service and make them feel welcome.
• Check-in members, tour prospects and register new members; record services provided and communicate updates to members.
• Use the Point-of-Sale system to assist with memberships, billing questions and product sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the club, restrooms, and equipment.

It means being part of a brand that you can be proud of!Planet Fitness PE@PF programManage PE@PF programs and create workout routines for members.Consult with members about their training goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment correctly and safely.Create bi-weekly updates, which consists of a variety of exercises.Customer Service and Reception Activities:Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing everything possible to make members feel welcome and comfortable!Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.Check-in members, tour prospects and register new members, record services provided, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Make sales of beverages and merchandise in the point-of-sale system.Member AccountsUse the Point-of-Sale system to assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing or payment questions.Cleaning and Maintenance of the Club:Keep reception and entrance areas clean and orderly.Regular facility cleaning and maintenance, such as wiping liquid spills under equipment, removing trash, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-positioning weights.Periodic cleaning of all exercise equipment and BCM Spa area.Regularly ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free by following a routine cleaning schedule.Physical demands/requirements:Constantly stand and walk during shift.Continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift.Be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
