Job summary

Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness seeks a dedicated Trainer to run the PE@PF group fitness program and assist new members in achieving their goals by designing simple workouts and teaching proper equipment use.

You will conduct PE@PF sessions, advise members on fitness plans, promote class sign-ups, and ensure smooth front desk operations while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on equipment use.
• Create creative ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Develop bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk duties: answer phones, check-in members, sign-ups, tours, update info.
• Respond to member questions promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.

Job Summary

Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.


• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.


• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.


• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.


• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift


• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift


• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
