Job summary

Planet Fitness in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to design workouts, consult with members on goals, and demonstrate safe equipment usage. You will support the PE@PF program and help members achieve their fitness targets in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

You will also handle reception tasks, greet guests, check in members, communicate updates, and contribute to beverage and merchandise sales, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Trainer or fitness coaching preferred.
• Ability to design safe, effective workouts and demonstrate proper form.
• Strong customer service and sales skills to assist members and drive program participation.

Responsibilities

• Manage PE@PF programs and create workout routines for members.
• Consult with members about their training goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment correctly and safely.
• Create bi-weekly updates with a variety of exercises.
• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check-in members, tour prospects and register new members, and communicate updates and events to members.
• Make sales of beverages and merchandise at the point-of-sale system.
