Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, energetic five-star experience for every member and guest.
• Manage daily studio operations including opening/closing, check-ins, scheduling, and maintaining a clean studio.
• Respond to calls, texts, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage consistent attendance and engagement.
• Identify sales opportunities and introduce BODY20 memberships, services, and products based on guest needs.
• Follow up with leads to help convert demos into memberships.
• Support monthly goals for demos, memberships, sales, and member retention.
