Orangetheory Fitness Franchise #0433 is looking for a friendly Sales Associate to greet members, describe and sell memberships, and drive studio growth. The role supports front-desk operations, member referrals, and guest intros, working with coaches to showcase the OTF concept.

This part-time position emphasizes customer service, multi-tasking, and a proactive approach to outreach, with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, or equivalent
• Able to provide friendly, energetic customer service
• Comfortable learning and describing the Orangetheory concept to guests

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front desk duties: describe and sell memberships, greet clients, answer phones, and manage check-ins
• Meet monthly new member targets and daily activity metrics
• Explain the Orangetheory workout to guests and guide intros with coaches
• Give tours to new guests and follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain a clean studio and stock retail/bathroom items
• Participate in weekly marketing/outreach events and training
