Orangetheory Fitness in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking energetic team members to welcome guests, explain the OTF concept, and help people start their fitness journeys. You will work closely with trainers and staff to deliver a welcoming experience and drive memberships.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills for face-to-face and written interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
