Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic team members to share our story and help guests learn about the studio. You will greet visitors, present the Orangetheory concept, answer phones, give studio tours, and guide intros with trainers.

You will also sell memberships, follow up with prospective clients, and address member concerns in a professional manner while working with trainers to ensure a positive first workout.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (face-to-face and written).
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work with a team and at front desk.

Responsibilities
