Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a dynamic, front‑of‑house team member to greet guests with energy and knowledge, present the Orangetheory concept, and guide intros through their first workout. You will collaborate with trainers to convert interest into memberships and help the studio thrive.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers (intros)
• Giving studio tours
• Guiding intros with trainers through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Keeping all areas of the studio clean and organized
