Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a high-energy individual to join our Recruiting team in a fast-paced sales environment. You will take incoming calls, make outbound calls, book free trial workouts and consultations, and sell all D1 products and services.

The role requires comfort with a high-volume sales process and the ability to close deals by addressing client needs and goals. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual.
• Must have 1+ years in sales.
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to leads in a fast-paced gym sales environment.
• Book free trial workouts and consultations.
• Sell D1 products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes and contacts in the CRM.
• Greet members and schedule consultations and training sessions.

Job Summary

High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact but doing it with HIGH-ENERGY.


• Not afraid to make 100 phone calls a day talking to prospective clients.


• Nurturing leads through the sales process.


• Wants to CLOSE on sales calls by overcoming objections.


• Answering phone calls in a professional manner.


• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.


• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.


• Greeting members as they enter.


• Schedule clients for consultations, initial training sessions, etc.


• Giving new member tours.


• Taking advantage of downtime to exceed client expectations.


• Able to multi-task and wear different hats if needed.
