Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking energetic team members to drive membership growth and deliver excellent member service at our Ocala gym.

Join a 24/7 fitness brand offering flexible scheduling, paid training, employee discounts, and clear paths to advancement while earning on commissions and bonuses. Build relationships with members and the local community, support operations, and participate in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
• Previous gym experience is preferred but not required.
• Motivated by earning income through commission and sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth by selling new memberships, processing renewals, and gaining referrals.
• Support daily operations, including light maintenance, cleaning and tasks assigned by management.
• Build strong relationships with members and the local community.
• Assisted with marketing initiatives and participated in promotional events.
• Follow up on leads from web inquiries, referrals, and renewals through calls and emails.
