Stretch Zone, Inc. is hiring specialists to deliver personalized stretching sessions and assess client needs using our certification process. You will provide top-notch hospitality, maintain studio cleanliness, and help grow member engagement and retention.

Paid in-house training and certification are provided to expand your skillset, with a focus on personal and professional growth within a fast-growing wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Background or experience in exercise science or bodywork preferred.
• Ability to complete hands-on and virtual training.
• Desire to help others achieve their lifestyle goals.
• Reliable transportation to and from the studio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members in alignment with certification.
• Assess members' needs to determine correct protocols.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and studio.
• Regularly contact members and prospects.

What You Have:

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members in alignment with your Stretch Zone Certification
• Accurately assess members' needs to determine correct protocols
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service daily
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tables and the studio on a daily basis
• Regularly assist in contacting members and prospects

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate plus a per stretch incentive
