Job summary

Stretch Zone in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Stretch Practitioner to help people move better, feel better, and live better. You will deliver one-on-one stretching sessions, educate members on mobility and wellness, and create an exceptional experience during every visit.

Ideal candidates are passionate about health and fitness, with strong communication skills and a friendly, dependable manner. Backgrounds in related health fields encouraged; training and certification provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in health/fitness or helping others preferred.
• Backgrounds in listed fields encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions.
• Educate members on mobility, flexibility, and wellness benefits.
• Create an exceptional member experience during every visit.
• Track member progress and complete session notes.
• Build strong relationships with members.
• Support studio cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in ongoing training and team development.
• Assist with member retention through outstanding service.
• Convert introductory stretches into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM.
• Manage daily lead assignments.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and prospect records.
