EōS Fitness in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a motivated Assistant Stretch Manager to enhance sales of Assisted Stretch packages and mentor Stretch Trainers. This role requires a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service and motivating clients towards their health and fitness goals.

The successful candidate will have a background in fitness sales, possess strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic gym environment. Additional compensation is available through commissions and bonuses, alongside a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to various situations.
• CPR certification required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service.
• Assist Stretch Director in developing Stretch Trainers.
• Achieve all daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts.
