Qualifications

• Assistant Fitness Manager with CPT certification preferred; leadership experience beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required as minimum.
• Ability to coach trainers and drive client outcomes in a gym setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the personal training department and team in achieving optimal performance.
• Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff.
