Job summary

Verdigo Boulders is seeking an energetic Cardio/HIIT Instructor to lead engaging, safe classes for members of all fitness levels. Requires group fitness experience, strong communication, and current fitness certifications.

Weekday morning/night classes preferred; part-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits. The role involves designing workouts, leading sessions, guiding participants toward goals, maintaining equipment, and staying current with industry trends to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Available to reliably teach at the scheduled class times.

Verdigo Boulders are seeking an energetic and experienced Cardio/HIIT Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and results-driven classes for members of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate has group fitness experience, strong communication skills, and current fitness and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement safe and effective exercise programs for class participants of all fitness levels
• Lead group fitness instruction
• Provide guidance and support to class participants to help them achieve their fitness goals

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $35/ per hour. Instructor individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to; facility location and type, membership volume, experience, and job/position tenure.
