The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and effective fitness programs tailored to the diverse needs of rural community members. This role focuses on promoting physical activity and overall wellness, addressing health disparities, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. The instructor will work as a part of the Rural Health Network team to implement programs that improve community health outcomes, particularly among underserved populations. This position requires a strong understanding of exercise science, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals in a rural setting.
