Qualifications

About The Role

Great Western Power Company is seeking a versatile and passionate group fitness instructor to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for instructors who thrive on creating inclusive, engaging experiences for participants of all levels.

Schedule Preferences

• Monday 7-8pm
• Tuesday 12-1pm
• Wednesdays 12-1pm

Responsibilities

• Design and implement safe and effective exercise programs for class participants of all fitness levels
• Lead group fitness instruction
• Provide guidance and support to class participants to help them achieve their fitness goals
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition; alert management if there are concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to continuously improve the quality of service provided

Compensation And Benefits

The pay range for this role is $35/ per hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to; facility location and type, membership volume, experience, and job/position tenure.
