The University of La Verne is seeking a Fitness Instructor to lead movement classes at the Randall Lewis Center for Well-Being and Research in La Verne, CA. This is a non-federal work study position and may be suitable for students with federal work study eligibility.
The successful candidate will have experience instructing movement, strong communication, and excellent customer service while delivering engaging group fitness or dance sessions and supporting center programs.

Experience instructing others in movement required. Preferably traditional group fitness and/or dance classes (i.e. yoga, pilates, dance, hip-hop, HIIT , etc) Yoga instructors must be certified Good communication skills Excellent customer service
1 year experience leading movement classes CPR / AED certified preferred but not required at hire
Hours may vary during the following hours: Monday – Thursday 8a – 8p Fri 8a- 7p Sat 10-2p
