BFT Westport is seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor to plan and lead a variety of classes for members and guests, ensuring accessibility for all fitness levels and a fun, results-oriented experience.

You will deliver pre-designed sessions to groups up to 36, demonstrate proper technique, and support membership growth through social media and outreach while providing outstanding customer service in line with store policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
