Job summary

WindRiver Living in Lenoir City, TN is opening a brand-new Clubhouse and building its founding group fitness team. You will lead classes across strength, mobility, cardio, and mind-body formats, delivering a premium, welcoming experience for members and residents of all ages and fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Current certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent) in your class discipline.
• CPR/AED certified.
• 1+ year teaching group fitness.
• Reliable, professional, member-first attitude.

WindRiver's new Clubhouse is weeks from opening to the membership. At the center of it is a state-of-the-art fitness facility built to the standard our members expect. New equipment. Purpose-built space for classes. Recovery amenities, sauna, steam, cold plunge, stretch and recovery zone that most private clubs don't offer at all.

We're hiring the founding group fitness team. That means you're not stepping into someone else's schedule, you're helping build the programming from day one, in a facility where nothing is worn in yet and the members are genuinely excited to walk through the door.
