Job summary

BODYROK Tampa is looking for enthusiastic fitness instructors who are passionate about fitness and music. You will motivate and challenge group classes, with a clear path to becoming a Lead Instructor with a pay increase.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $25 to $55 per session based on class size, along with performance bonuses and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music.
• Minimum but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.

Requirements

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
• Excellent ability to multitask.
• Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.
• Minimum but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills.
• Great cueing, ability to communicate.
