Job summary

BODYROK New Jersey is looking for enthusiastic fitness instructors to deliver high-energy classes that embody our signature Hybrid Pilates Method. Located in East Brunswick Township, you'll lead clients through efficient, full-body workouts while creating a vibrant atmosphere with motivating music and quick transitions.

The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and has a passion for fitness. Instructors will benefit from competitive pay that ranges from $25 to $55 per session, plus bonuses and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in fitness-related activities, preferably in Pilates, Indoor Cycling, or similar.
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes with effective leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy fitness classes that engage participants.
• Provide mentorship and ongoing support for other instructors.
• Ensure client safety and maximize workout effectiveness.

• $25 to $55 per session based on class size—more clients = more earnings!

Requirements:

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
• Excellent ability to multitask.
• Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.
• Minimum but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills.
• Great cueing, ability to communicate.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
